Judge Delivers Blow to Trump Administration in Dakota Access Fight
A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has ruled that the Trump administration has failed to follow proper environmental procedures when it granted approval to the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline project. The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has protested about the project for months. They fear that the pipeline will contaminate their drinking water and sacred lands. I believe that Trump should have looked at all possibilities instead of going forward with it. If he would've looked it over beforehand, he wouldn't have had this issue. Especially considering the tribe has been protesting it for months.
